The trust card names the wrong company on Amazon or another marketplace
On a marketplace the company you are buying from is often the third-party seller rather than the brand on the box, and the page moves that name around. Haven tries several places for it and refuses the marketplace's own name.
What is probably going on
The layout changed. Marketplaces move the seller element between page variants constantly, and a variant Haven has not seen leaves it reading the brand instead.
- Report it with the listing address — the address alone is enough to find the layout, and it is the fastest route to a fix.
- In the meantime, look up the seller by name in the directory.
The brand and the seller are genuinely different companies, and Haven resolved both. More than half of what Amazon sells comes from third-party merchants.
- That is the intended behaviour — the seller is the company taking your money and the brand is the one that made the thing.

Still stuck?
Two doors, and neither of them is a queue you never hear back from.
Last checked 2026-08. Nothing on this page was written by a model — a made-up menu path is worse than no instruction at all, and this is the page somebody reads when they are already stuck.
