No trust card appears when I am shopping

Haven only speaks on pages it recognises as a shop, and it says nothing on pages that are not. Most of the time the silence is correct; three things make it wrong.

What is probably going on

Most likely

The page is not a product page. Haven speaks when the page itself says it is selling something — structured product data, an offer, or the fingerprint of a store platform. A category listing or a home page is deliberately quiet.

Check this firstOpen an individual product and see whether the card appears there.
  1. Check on a product page rather than a listing.
  2. If a real product page on a real shop stays silent, that is a gap worth reporting — the report form takes the address and it is the fastest way for a shop platform to get support.
Cause 2

The extension is installed but has not been given access to that site, or was installed and never enabled.

Check this firstOpen the extensions menu in the browser toolbar. If Haven is listed but greyed out, or has no access to the current site, this is you.
  1. Chrome or Edge: the puzzle-piece menu → Haven → make sure site access is set to "On all sites".
  2. Firefox: Add-ons → Haven → Permissions.
  3. Reload the shop page. Extensions do not apply to tabs that were already open.
Cause 3

You are in a private or incognito window, where extensions are off unless you allow them explicitly.

Check this firstThe card appears in a normal window and not in a private one.
  1. Chrome or Edge: Extensions → Haven → Details → turn on "Allow in Incognito".
  2. Firefox: Add-ons → Haven → "Run in Private Windows" → Allow.

Next door to this

The badge says "Haven is looking into this shop" and stays that wayHaven says it has no verdict for this shop

Still stuck?

Two doors, and neither of them is a queue you never hear back from.

Last checked 2026-08. Nothing on this page was written by a model — a made-up menu path is worse than no instruction at all, and this is the page somebody reads when they are already stuck.
