What kind of thing is it?

Something is broken What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. Something is confusing or worded badly Which page, and what it made you think was true. A verdict about a company looks wrong The company, which finding you are disputing, and what the source actually says. A shop, platform or app Haven does not handle The address of the shop, or the name of the platform or app. An idea or a request What you were trying to do that Haven made hard.

What happened? What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. Screens and exact wording help. Which part of Haven? The page it happened on Optional. Everything after the ? is removed in your browser before anything is sent — that is where a search term or a link token lives. Where to reply Optional. Leave it blank and the report is anonymous; we simply will not be able to answer. Your household id Optional, and only useful for an account or billing problem. It starts hh_ and ends before the dot. Not the part after the dot — that half is your join code. Attach my operating system and browser Two words, shown in the panel. Never the full browser fingerprint.

Please do not include

Anything about your child — no name, age, school, or what they were looking at. This is a report about Haven, and Haven does not hold records about people.
Your join code or your parent PIN. Nobody at Haven will ever ask you for either. If one is pasted in anyway, it is taken back out before sending and you will see it happen.
Card numbers. Haven never sees them; billing is handled entirely by the payment provider.

Stored as written, read by a person, never passed to a model. No IP address is recorded and no browser fingerprint is taken — which does mean the only rate limit we can apply is a blunt one.
